The general public is beginning to recognize the effectiveness of a more   natural approach to health care. Escalating health care costs, high insurance premiums, and a health philosophy based on “waiting for illness to develop” have caused many people to take control of their lives and their futures.

This office brings over 30 years of experience in the healing arts.  We treat a wide variety of conditions, which include on-the-job injuries, auto accidents, and athletic injuries.  Utilization of nutrition and physical medicine allow many problems to be resolved.  Chiropractic care is for anyone in any age group.

Besides being trained as a chiropractic physician, Dr. Arlyn Jacobus has received the M.D. degree, as well as a Ph.D. in philosophy.  He is also licensed by the state of Indiana in Medical Acupuncture.  “With such extensive education we can better serve the general public, for we understand the medical implications of disease, and are able to utilize medical specialties and diagnostic testing when they are needed,” explains Dr. Jacobus, who works daily with physical therapists, occupational therapists, medical doctors, and osteopathic physicians in the area.

The practice also has a global outreach.  Every year, Dr. Jacobus and his son, who is a staff physician at St. Anthony’s, St. Mary’s Medical Center, and Pinnacle Hospital, along with other physicians and nurses, visit other countries to set up free medical clinics for disadvantaged groups of people on all continents.
